Meet Spiro. Spiro greets you after a long day of travel, answers questions related to your stay and can give you a guided tour – in essence, all that a hotel concierge offers. Spiro was developed by RobotCheers to enhance the customer experience and is running in hotels across China. The service robot industry is forecasted to surpass $7B by 2020.
